SMS Terms

Programs

• Order notifications. Transactional texts about orders you place: confirmation, shipping and tracking, delivery and refund status. Nothing in them is promotional. Message frequency varies with your order activity.
• Marketing messages. Promotional texts about new products and store news. Up to 4 messages per month.

How to join

You join by giving your U.S. mobile number and checking the box for each program you want, at checkout or on the preferences page. The boxes start unchecked and are separate from each other and from the Terms and Conditions box. You can place an order without joining either program.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

Agreeing to receive text messages is not required to buy any product.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any text to opt out. You will get one message confirming you have opted out, and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (833) 962-7783 or support@chromiqewisedestination.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
